Open Plate Series

The opening tray series is designed specifically for the opening stage of poultry (especially chicks), using plastic material and available in various colors such as red, white, black, etc., covering different sizes and specifications to meet the feeding needs of poultry from chicks to growth stage.

1、 Regular opening plates (classified by diameter)

25cm opening tray: with a diameter of 25cm and a weight of 78g per piece, each piece is one for every 400 pieces. It is small in size and suitable for young birds to open their food in the early stages. The red appearance can attract the attention of birds and facilitate their discovery of food.

30cm opening tray: with a diameter of 30cm and a weight of 165g per unit, each box contains 200 pieces. It is slightly larger than the 25cm model and can accommodate more feed, suitable for slightly larger young birds.

35cm opening tray: with a diameter of 35cm, weighing 144g per piece, available in white and red colors, with 200 pieces per box. The color options increase to meet the preferences or scene needs of different breeders.

40cm opening tray: with a diameter of 40cm and a weight of 201g per unit, each box contains 150 pieces, further increasing its capacity and suitable for collective feeding of growing poultry flocks.

50cm opening tray: with a diameter of 50cm, weighing 337g per piece, available in white and red colors, with 100 pieces per box. It is larger in size and can accommodate more birds at the same time.

60cm opening tray: with a diameter of 60cm and a weight of 525g per piece, available in white and red colors, with 50 pieces per box. It is the largest size in a regular opening tray and suitable for feeding large flocks of poultry.

80cm opening tray: with a diameter of 80cm, available in red and white colors, it is large in size and has sufficient capacity to meet the feeding needs of a large number of poultry in large-scale breeding, providing convenience for collective feeding of adult birds.

2、 Gasket series

60cm gasket: diameter 60cm, black, providing auxiliary support or protection, suitable for 60cm food trays and other related equipment.

80cm gasket: with a diameter of 80cm, black, used in conjunction with an 80cm food tray to enhance the stability of the tray or prevent feed from spilling and contaminating the ground.

100cm gasket: diameter 100cm, black, large size, suitable for larger scale breeding equipment, providing auxiliary support and protection for large-scale breeding scenarios.
